Former Sr. Development Manager at Shapack Partners, a Chicago-based multi-asset development company where he spearheaded the entitlement process for several properties, led the development of a +$140M USD luxury residential tower, and oversaw buildouts construction of +800,000 SF of a Class-A office + retail tower developed in partnership with Walton Street Capital. Previously, with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, where he participated in the design of +1,000 units and the entitlements of a +53-acre mixed-use masterplan in the Chicago land area, among other significant projects.
