Previously an Investment Banking Associate at Itaú BBA focusing on ECM and M&A transactions in Latin America. Holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from ITAM – Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico.

16+ years in the global hospitality industry, with a background in Asset Management, Strategic Advisory, and Operations. As Vice President Asset Management for Alójica, Ana oversees the company’s hotel portfolio in Mexico, including its subadvisory assets in Costa Rica. Former Vice President of Asset Management at Tortuga Resorts, managing properties in Mexico, Jamaica, and the USA. Previous roles at JLL and hotel AVE allowed working directly with hotel management companies on owner-related decisions, including, operator selection, leading pre-opening processes, brand transitions, and valuations, among others. Previously with Hilton’s Elevator Graduate Program and rising to Director of Finance. A native of Venezuela, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Sant Ignasi- Ramon LLull University and an Master’s in Hotel Management at Vatel Argentina.

10+ years of Investment Banking and Private Equity experience.  Manages capital markets, investment management and financial planning & analysis for Alojica, Black Creek Mexico and its platform companies. Former investment banking professional at Alfaro, Dávila y Scherer, a leading Mexican investment bank and a Moelis & Company strategic partner, focusing on advisory of M&A transactions and debt restructurings, where he participated in transactions totaling $2.0bn. A native of Monterrey, Mexico, Fernando holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

10+ years of Lodging Real Estate and Private Equity experience. Advises on capital markets, asset management and sustainability efforts for Alojica’s owned and subadvisory assets. Founder of CREO Capital, an impact driven real estate private equity firm and Board Member for CIRENAS. Previously Investment Officer at CoreCo Private Equity and Investment Analyst at JP Morgan. Holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Cornell University.

+7 years of Private Equity and Real Estate experience.  Former Associate with Colony LatAm Partners’ investment team in Mexico overlooking the CLAF I & II portfolio (+$700M) across Latin America. Previously with Artha Capital where he was responsible for Mixed-Use Real Estate transactions. Former analyst at EMX Capital focused on portfolio value creation initiatives, financings, and divestitures. He started his professional career at UBS on the Equity Research department. Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from ITAM, Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico, and an Master’s of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.  CFA charter holder.

6+ years of investment and project management experience. As Senior Associate Investment Management and Reporting, MariCarmen is responsible for various investment management, administrative and reporting functions. Former Project Manager at Tops Day Nurseries in the UK, where she spearheaded successful international recruitment campaigns. Previously with Rodina, a leading Mexican family office and investment fund, where she oversaw investor relations and compliance efforts. Previously part of M&A services at EY. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Atrategic Finance from ITAM, Mexico, and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Oxford.
